Answers to the Quick Ones
Within the hour between 9am and 7pm Central, Monday to Saturday. Anything sent on a Sunday is answered first thing Monday. If a whole business day passes with nothing, check your spam folder first — then send it again from a different address, because that is almost always what has happened.
Informally, for about 48 hours, and we will tell you honestly if someone else is asking about the same puppy. Beyond that it takes a signed agreement and a deposit — otherwise it would be unfair to whoever is waiting behind you.
A deposit now and the balance before collection is the standard arrangement, and it covers most people. If you need something different, ask — we would rather discuss it than have you stretch.
Usually one or two litters a year, and we do not announce a date until a pregnancy is confirmed by ultrasound. Ask to be told when the next one is confirmed and we will message you before it goes on the website.
